Shipping Policy
All of our prices include free shipping anywhere within Australia.
Order 1 or more items and only pay the price listed for the item(s) that you have ordered.
Orders maybe marked as shipped during the weekend and public holidays; these will not be posted until the Monday or the next day that the post office is open for collection.
Orders can be expected to take between 2-7 business days after collection from the post office; some rural areas may take longer.
Please remember that a signature may be required for your delivery so we recommend that you choose a delivery address where the goods can be signed by you during regular business hours.
If Australia post tries to deliver your parcel and nobody is available to sign for it they will leave a parcel notice in the mailbox and you will need to arrange pickup from your local post office.
Express post can be chosen either before or during the checkout and costs an extra $9.20
Express post is available for Australian residents only.
Express post can take anything from 1-3 working days.
International post is free when ordering from the website, but a charge is added when ordering from elsewhere.
Faulty & Damaged items
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please choose your items carefully.
When ordering a replacement part, please ensure that you have selected the correct item, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on incorrectly ordered parts, we might do under special circumstances, but this will be decided by the business owner only.
Should the item you ordered be defective or damaged please notify us as soon as you receive it.
Faulty or damaged items must returned to us within 21 days from the purchase date for it to be eligible for defective or damaged replacement.
Please note that any returned item classified as defective must be returned with its original packaging and be complete.
Items received by us that are incomplete and not with the original packaging, will be rejected and returned at your cost.
If we are unable to offer a replacement a full refund will be offered.
For defective items the postage costs for returns will be paid for by the buyer.
With all returns we strongly advise you to send it with Australia Registered Post, as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged shipments sent back to us.
